Your next workshop in Val d'Isere will be on Sunday 26th February from 9h00 - 12h00 at the Saturday 15th March 12h30 - 16h30 Centre Aquasportif. The theme of the workshop will be around the theme of the Doshas and balancing our Ayurvedic type - the session will be based on the Pitta type - Fire. The last session will in April with Kapha (earth). Please let me know if you are interested in attending - you don't have to be a Pitta type to come and enjoy this!
