Once a month we (Yohannas of the motoneige tommeuse & Charlotte) are looking to organise a snow shoe & yoga outing. Snow shoe up from the Folie Douce to the Yuhrt hidden in the Familiale pistes, yoga in the Yuhrt and a picnic supper before heading down in their snowmobile

This season I am looking at developping some yogic gatherings with music mixed live in a vibrant yogic flow.

Yoga Vibes evenings in Val d'Isère, Tignes and hopefully in Paris too with a great mix of modern Indian & spiritual vibes & some great beats to flow along a yoga sequence with and enjoy some collective prana energy.

Workshops from September - Les Ateliers de la Rentrée

I have been asked to teach a workshop once a month at Yoga Village in Paris. A great new studio run by Laurent just next to the Madeleine métro perfect for a monthly top up of pranic yoga flow

Themes will vary and are to be confirmed shortly but will take their inspiration from the seasons, the mouvements of the moon and the flow of life.

This is quite simply one of my favourite postures with the absolutely beautiful heart opening, the hip opener, arms open to the sky... is has a lot to offer. And it is full of shakti energy as we welcome the feminine energy in this posture (whether man or woman) so just perfect for the Navratri period of celebrations.....Enjoy Namaste.

Walk & Picnic with Gratitude...Balade & Picnic avec Gratitude

So to end the season we went on a fabulous walk and picnic on Friday 16th April. An amazing treat with beautifully sunny skies and big smiles on our faces. A great meditation moment to offer our thanks to the universe around us and a wonderful moment of picnicing in the surroundings of the Monal. Thanks you to all who came

Inner Poise & Balance...Equilibre Interieure

The key to any yogic practise is to develop your inner balance - mental and physical - so that when life throws you a cruved ball you can stay connected to what matters and remain calm and balanced. Often easier said than done but with a regular yogic practise you'll find that physically you stay much more grounded and mentally the little problems in daily life tend to melt away and the bigger problems get easier to work through.

La clee pour toutes pratiques yogiques c'est de developper votre equilibre interieur - mental et physique - comme cela quand la vie vous envoie des problemes inattendus vous restez plus connecte a ce qui compte vraiment et votre equilibre mentale reste en place. Souvent plus facile de dire que de faire mais avec une pratique reguliere vous allez trouver une equilibre et une stabilite plus profonde, vous allez rester plus connecte avec la terre et les petits problemes de la vie quotidienne deviennent derisoires et les plus gros problemes plus faciles a digirer....
