The end of the season doesn't mean no practise!

Or come and see me in the Ardeche.... there is a great rereat happening in September combining Yoga & Activity for all to enjoy its going to be amazing! Starts September 28th 2013 for a week of yoga, hiking, kayaking, horse riding, biking, fun in the forest......

with an amazing retreat between 1st and 4th July 2013 at the fabulous Peak Chalet, Ste Foy
Yoga, walking, picnis, a spa day out in Italy - fun packed for all!

We are trying to organise a great day of yoga & zumba in Val this Summer _ probably August so watch this space.....
Yoga Festival in Paris
I will be teaching at least one session at the yoga festival in Paris between 11th & 13th October 2013 so watch out for more information and note the date for this second Paris festival
Teaching in Paris
I am trying to organise a couple of classes in Paris one end of May early or late June and maybe a couple in the Autumn - let me know if you are interested.....
