Back from India & the Winter starts here! English version!

Hey there all... well I have landed with a bump in France with its sodden ground and me full of cold, trying to get back on track after this epic trip to India - check out the Indian blog for all the news and photos... http://www.charlotteindiantravels.blogspot.com/. I'll be sending a mailer out soon for the Winter classes and workshop etc.... but just in case you look at this first then classes start again on 9th November - Tuesday morning in Ste Foy aat 10am and Tuesday evening at 19h30 in Tignes so do come and and enjoy some Hatha Vinyasa Flow with me if you can. The Val d'Isere start of season workshop is scheduled for Sunday 28th and should be a great day to kick start your 2010/2011 season - please let me know if you are interested in joining us! Plenty of things afoot for 2011 so watch this space but just a few highlights - the dvd will be relaunched shortly with bonus material for the solar session and english versions of the sessions too. I will be recording english audio yoga sessions along the Yin Yoga theme as well as a Wake-up and Wind-Down series and these should be available early 2011 and of course there will be some great - i hope - classes this Winter but they will only be great if you come and join me with your unique Shiva Shakti energy......looking forward to seeing you soon.
